Return & Exchange Policy

We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your purchase. While we take the utmost care in creating our pieces, we understand that at times it might not just be right for you.
Let’s see what we can do to rectify the situation.
We do not offer refunds; however, we are willing to process an exchange for your order. Please see below on how we can work together to make your purchase right for you.
Days allowed for exchange.
You have a total of 10 days from purchase to process your exchange.
Conditions that must be met for exchange.
- Product must be returned in original packaging.
- Product must be returned with original tags.
- Product hasn’t been worn, washed, used, or damaged.
- Original Packing Slip must be kept
The Allen Avenue does not accept returns for the following merchandise:
- Custom orders
- All altered, washed or worn merchandise.
- Clearance, Sale or End of Roll merchandise
- Returned merchandise without tags intact or received 10+ days after the original delivery date will not be accepted.
- Please note items reduced 50% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
How to process your exchange
- Complete and submit the exchange from online: Click here
- Please allow 2-3 business days for us to respond to your sent online exchange form
- Once processed your will receive a RMA#.
- Write your RMA# On The Allen Avenue Packing slip
- Pack your item(s), including packing slip, and prepare for shipping (if possible, you can use the same packaging as received)
- Once your order has been received we will inspect and upon approval process your exchange
- Once approved, your exchange item will be shipped to you with corresponding tracking number
- Please note: Exchange item will not be sent until payment has been sent for exchange return
Shipping Fees & Shipping Tracking
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for any exchange. To The Allen Avenue and for your item to be returned to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To ensure that you have the whereabouts regarding your exchange item please ensure to choose shipping options with tracking number.
