Shipping & Delivery Origin
- The Allen Avenue is based in Toronto, Ontario. All items will be shipped via Canada Post or delivered via our In house Courier Service.
Processing Times
- Your order will be processed based on where it enters into our cue. Should you need your order by a specific time, please indicate and contact us immediately at theallenavenue@gmail.com
Shipping
- We thank you for your support of The Allen Avenue. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.
- The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
- We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
- When your order is shipped you will receive a notification at the e-mail provided and depending on the service selected, a tracking number will be provided.

Returned shipments will be not be refunded, and if requested to attempt shipping again, will be at cost to the purchaser.
Please check with your local postal service on delivery times as service has been impacted due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
International / US Orders
- Orders shipped outside Canada are responsible for custom fees. We are not responsible for any custom fees. Once it leaves Canada we are not responsible for any issues that may arise.
